The light-hearted dialect Cockney rhyming slang is often used to name the numbers which just adds to the fun! As an example, 22 is ‘two little ducks’ because of the shape of the ‘2’.
When your numbers are called, you mark them off on your card using a dauber. The winners are the first to a line and the first to a full house, and when you win – you shout ‘BINGO!’.

Bingo in the UK is typically played with 3×9 cards with 15 numbers, five in each row. Lines can be drawn horizontally only. In the USA, players are given a 5×5 card and the first to get two lines also receives a prize. Vertical and diagonal lines are allowed.
